why cadernicos?
Cadernico is a play on the word caderno, which means notebook in Portuguese. It is a brazilian brand of
reflection journals. They focus on self-knowledge,
personal transformation, and human relationships.
Each journal carries a bunch of themed questions that will help you get through a personal challenge. Bewilderement, self-empowerment, career transitions, conflicts and empathy, are some of the issues you can choose from.
did you say card game?
Besides our small reflection journals, we also created a board game. OROBOROS, the life.death.life game was created in 2018, during a specially hard time in our lives. We were picking up our pieces all the while enjoying talking about our shadows, our patterns, our most hidden challenges. This is a question game for deep bonding through profound conversations. It is a bonfire around which we gather, like humans have throughout the centuries, to share our sad stories
and our most beautiful adventures.

who are we?
I'm Marina Nicolaiewsky, a brazilian artist-facilitator that just loves to discover new and interesting life questions. With a sustainable design background and an on-going research on community living, non violent comunication and cooperative methodologies, I mashed everything up and created Cadernicos, an entreprise focused on selfknowledge and creative therapeutic writing activities. Basically, I make up tons of questions and put them on small reflection diaries and cool boardgames.
This beautiful man beside me is Ronny Ferreira, my partner in crime. He helps me transform all of this into a functional business.
